Teara Lee- CEO
Teara Lee is the founder and the director of Kid’s & Families 1st as a former owner/director of a child care center Teara has 10 years in serving the low income community for children and their Families she enjoy building relationships with children and helping reach as many families as possible in the community.
Our Approach
We serve the under privileged community through variety of programs
Kid’s & Families 1st is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that works to serve the underprivileged community our annual programs focus on direct services for children and their families. We do this by providing different necessity care packages to families throughout the St. Louis area in the community care packages contains baby diapers, pull ups, formula, baby cereal, wipes, and personal care needs. We also work to empower that all children have their back to school necessities by hosting our annual back to school bash, providing a fun field day including all of their necessary school supplies, school uniforms, food, and different activities for children.
Our seasonal annual giving program works to serve hundreds of children each year by hosting a Christmas event that consist of providing pictures with Santa, toys, winter coats, hats, gloves, gift cards for shopping sprees and much more.
